Family day is a great time for everyone to get together, enjoy each other's company, and have fun doing something you love. At Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University, we understand that feeling. That's why we've created a Family Day event that helps busy professionals like yourself find the balance between family and business, so you can take care of both while still finding time to do all the things that make life worth living.
 
To promote work-life balance and unwind while enjoying valuable family time, we organised the EMBA Family Day event. It was an opportunity for the families of our EMBA students to have a sense of the LBS experience and for networking, build bridges and share moments with fellow cohorts, their spouses and children. 
 
In keeping with the theme, Professor Thad Enyinna, case facilitator, presented “I have to decide” as the case discussion, together with our guest couple, Mr & Mrs Charles Ivenso, FCA, Chief Operating Officer, Lagos Business School. They discussed the importance of having solid decision-making skills, striking a balance between work and family life, and having or being a supportive and understanding partner with the cohorts and their spouses.
 
Spouses presented their partners with gifts as a way of showing their full support and encouraging them to keep working hard. They were also given the centre stage to share stories about transformations they observed in their partners that unconsciously affected their way of doing things at home and in their businesses amidst laughter.
